Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide from Brisbane, QLD.

How long does delivery take?

  • Dispatch: 1–2 business days (handmade to order).

  • Standard: 2–8 business days (AusPost).

    Note: Remote areas may take longer. You’ll receive tracking by email.

How much is shipping?

  • Free shipping over $75 (conditions apply).

  • Flat-rate $20 at checkout for orders under the threshold.

How are arrangements packed?
All pieces are cushioned and boxed for safe transit. We use fragile-safe packing and test for post.

Can you deliver to PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers?

Can I change my order or address?
Yes, email us asap after ordering. If the order has shipped or been made, changes may not be possible.

Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Each piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. We follow the palette and style shown, with natural variation in stems.

How do I choose my candle scent?

Can I add a message?

How do I care for dried flowers?
Keep them dry, out of direct sun and humidity. Dust gently with cool air or a soft brush.

How long do they last?
With care, dried and preserved flowers can look beautiful for months to years.

Are the candles soy or beeswax?
Our candles are hand-poured soy, with premium fragrance oils. Follow the safety label on the jar.

Returns, Breakages & Refunds

What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re here to help. Please email photos of the packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or solution.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
Because each arrangement is handmade and delicate, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. If there’s any issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Can you hide pricing and include a gift note?
Yes—no prices in the box, and your card is included (add your message at checkout).

Do you offer corporate or event gifting?
Yes—email us and we’ll create a custom quote for bulk or branded gifts.
