How long does delivery take?

Dispatch in 1–2 business days from Brisbane. Standard shipping takes 2–8 business days via Australia Post; Express is typically 1–3 business days to most metro areas.

What’s included in a gift bundle?

Each bundle includes a handcrafted dried-flower arrangement, a candle of your choice, and a personalised card at a reduced bundle price.

Can I add a message or Polaroid photo?

Yes. Add your card message at checkout. You can also add an optional Polaroid-style photo to make it extra personal.

How do I care for dried flowers?

Keep them dry, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Dust gently with cool air or a soft brush to maintain their look.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or solution.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

As each arrangement is handmade and delicate, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.
