Keep them dry, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Dust gently with cool air or a soft brush to maintain their look.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or solution.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

As each arrangement is handmade and delicate, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.
